I’ve been using Nature’s Bounty Probiotic for a little over a month, and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a big difference in my digestion. I used to feel bloated and sluggish, especially after meals, but since starting this probiotic, I feel much more comfortable. It’s easy to take, and I love that it doesn’t need refrigeration like some other brands. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I haven’t seen any improvement in my energy levels, which some people report. But overall, I’m very happy with it and will definitely keep using it!
